Premium promotes continuous learning aligned with the strategic direction of the business. The learning and development thrust shall include learning opportunities for major functions such as engineering, production, supply management, finance/accounting and quality. Along with core functions, the learning and development function provides emphasis on people management and competencies. Functional skill matrix, critical operational skills and the individual development plans are levers of Learning & Development interventions.

Our promotions are strictly merit and performance-based.

We have a very well planned Internship Program for bright and enthusiastic final year Engineering & Management students’. Engineering students are hired from various campuses of IITs, NITs and Management students are picked from reputed Management colleges, across India. Challenging and meaningful projects under the guidance of seasoned mentors are given to all the summer interns. We do have rigorous campus recruitment drives for GETs & MTs which generally begins in the month of August, every year.
